Ultahost is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our global financial operations. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for building and managing our finance structure, ensuring compliance, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
- Build and manage financial structures, company balance sheets, and asset management systems
- Lead all tax-related matters and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team
- Monitor company financial health and cash flow, and create detailed reports for leadership
- Handle M&A assessments, due diligence, and investment evaluations
- Work with legal and executive teams on corporate structuring and expansion planning
- Oversee integration and optimization of Xero accounting software
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance and financial efficiency
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in finance, including 3+ years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, company financials, and international tax regulations
- Experience with M&A activity, financial modeling, and investment planning
- Proficiency in using Xero or similar financial platforms
- Proven experience managing cross-functional accounting teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
